Cyber Security Specialist

We’re hiring a  Network Security Engineer / Senior Security Specialist  to support the design and implementation of enterprise-grade security solutions within  Oracle Cloud environments  for a large-scale program.

This is a  fully remote contract role , operating on  KSA working hours .

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement  network security solutions in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)  aligned with customer security controls and compliance requirements
Collaborate with workstream leads, vendors, and client teams to gather requirements and deliver  solution designs, BOQs, and implementations
Design and deploy  security integrations  across applications, services, and third-party systems
Implement and manage  next-generation firewalls , including  Palo Alto  and  Forti Gate , for network segmentation and threat prevention
Configure and support  Cisco Firepower IPS  to detect and mitigate advanced network threats
Deploy and fine-tune  XDR solutions  for network and endpoint detection and response
Design and implement  Cloudflare  for  DDoS protection  and  WAF services
Implement and optimize  Web Application Firewalls (WAF)  to secure applications
Design security policies and automate firewall change management using  Algo Sec
Deploy and configure  Network Detection & Response (NDR)  solutions
Implement web security controls using  Forcepoint Web Proxy & Security  solutions
Produce  solution design, build, and implementation documentation
Participate in  project planning  and  security design reviews

Required Experience
Strong hands-on experience in  network security implementation
Deep expertise in  firewalls, IPS, WAF, XDR, and NDR technologies
Experience designing and configuring  security profiles and policies
Proven background working in  cloud-based environments , ideally OCI
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in complex programs

Nice to Have

Experience with  AWS, Azure, or GCP  in addition to OCI.
Exposure to  IaC or automation  (e.g., Terraform).
Security or cloud certifications (OCI, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco).

Contract Details
Duration:  12 months (extendable)
Work Setup:  Fully remote
Working Days:  Sunday–Thursday

Working Hours:

9:00 AM–6:00 PM (KSA time)
