• Facilitate comprehensive cloud‑based DMS onboarding and user training across all dealership departments, both remotely and in‑person
• Provide engaging instruction while configuring advanced SaaS workflows and system integrations to maximize customer adoption
• Guide and mentor additional implementation specialists, coordinating tasks and deliverables in an agile project cycle
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks, collaborating cross‑functionally to resolve issues quickly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership personnel, championing the employer as their trusted partner

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience implementing B2B SaaS solutions, including configuring cloud platforms
• A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is highly preferred
• Demonstrated success managing customer change in a SaaS environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of stakeholders
• 3+ years in a Project Management or Project Lead role is preferred

• Experience working in an early‑stage startup environment
• Understanding of key onboarding and adoption metrics within a SaaS business model
• Ability to articulate technical jargon into consumable levels of understanding for adult learners
• Experience converting customers from on‑premise to cloud or subscription‑based systems
