• Lead business process consulting, defining problems and creating solutions for clients
• Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and client training
• Manage engagement planning, budgeting, and team dynamics to ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee business development and proposal response activities to generate new revenue
• Facilitate program governance using KPIs and manage engagement risks effectively

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology
• Minimum of 11 years of SAP engagement and project management experience
• Experience executing at least 2 end-to-end large SAP programs in Program Manager roles
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Professional certification, such as PMP, and a post-graduate degree
• Experience with Agile/Dev Ops methodologies and knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry
• Proven track record of managing programs with both SAP and non-SAP teams
• Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies
• Experience working in a Global delivery model
