• Lead the design and development of advanced analytics models and tooling to optimize pricing strategies
• Maintain robust reporting systems and predictive analytics models to guide Free Cashflow decisions
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop SOPs and analytics frameworks that enhance pricing performance
• Provide data‑driven insights for strategic pricing decisions, translating complex data into actionable recommendations
• Mentor junior analytics talent while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in business analytics with advanced skills in data interpretation and actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL/DAX, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Hands‑on experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics and automation
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate data into business impact with effective communication

• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Familiarity with developing robust, auditable models to support key business outcomes
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and apply sound business judgment for practical solutions
