IT Project Manager
Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 4 to join their team. This is a senior-level Program/Portfolio Management role supporting their launch of the Unified for Partner support offering. The team is building scalable customer success practices for their top partners, and this person will operate at the center of a highly visible initiative.
The role manages 20+ work streams, maintains a master schedule across dependencies, drives cross-functional coordination, and prepares executive‑ready materials for leadership reviews. This is not just tracking tasks—it requires strong executive presence, structured thinking, and the ability to translate complexity into clear storytelling for senior leaders.
Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 4
Location: Fully remote (US‑based), PST preferred; may be 1 hour from PST
Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr
What's the Job?- Coordinate multiple projects, creating detailed plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage and maintain a master project schedule across 20+ work streams.
- Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports for leadership reviews.
- Facilitate meetings, follow‑ups, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Prior experience managing large portfolios of programs and projects, especially within support organizations like Microsoft CENS or similar.
- Proven ability to develop executive‑ready slideware (PowerPoint) with clear visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of program and portfolio management principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with problem‑solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred.
