Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect & Administrator – 100% Remote
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect & Administrator to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing governance of our Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional expertise with strong technical capability, ensuring seamless integration, high system performance, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end to end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, or others as applicable).
- Drive system design, configuration, and deployment aligned with business processes and compliance requirements.
- Manage day to day administration of Oracle Fusion Cloud, including user provisioning, roles, security, workflows, and approvals.
- Oversee quarterly updates, regression testing, impact analysis, and environment readiness.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and resolve system issues.
- Ensure data integrity, audit compliance, and adherence to IT governance frameworks.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution blueprints, and configuration standards.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR management, issue resolution, and enhancement requests.
- Lead integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware platforms.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, process improvements, and system optimization.
The position leads large scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs, providing strategic direction, solution architecture, and technical governance across Finance, SCM, HCM, and related cloud pillars. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud architecture, integrations, data migration, and enterprise change management, combined with the ability to guide CXOs, business leaders, and technical teams through complex modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities – Transformation Program- Define the end to end Oracle Cloud ERP transformation roadmap, including architecture, deployment strategy, and governance frameworks.
- Lead solution design across Finance, SCM, HCM, PPM, Procurement, and other modules as required.
- Oversee technical architecture, including integrations (OIC), APIs, security, data migration, and reporting frameworks.
- Drive enterprise wide process re engineering, standardization, and adoption of Oracle Cloud best practices.
- Manage full lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.
- Lead quarterly update assessments, regression planning, and impact analysis.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, coding guidelines, and Dev Sec Ops practices for Oracle Cloud.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Oracle for SRs, escalations, product roadmap alignment, and enhancement planning.
- Guide cross functional teams, including business SMEs, developers, integrators, and support teams.
- Provide executive level communication, risk management, and program reporting.
- Mentor and develop internal capability for Oracle Cloud administration, architecture, and functional support.
- 6‑12 years of hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, SCM, HCM, or multi pillar exposure).
- Strong understanding of Fusion architecture, security model, workflows, and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Proven experience in solution design, configuration, and administration.
- Expertise in OIC, integrations, APIs, and data migration tools (FBDI, ADFDI).
- Experience managing quarterly patches, testing cycles, and release governance.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in enterprise or government environments is an advantage.
- Oracle Cloud Certifications (Architect, Implementation Specialist, or Admin).
- Experience with multi pillar implementations or global rollouts.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise change management frameworks.
