• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in business analytics with advanced skills in data interpretation and insight development
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL/DAX, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Hands‑on experience with scripting languages like Python or R for advanced analytics and automation
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data effectively

• Experience with developing auditable models to support key business outcomes
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
• Knowledge of automation processes and tools to enhance efficiency in analytics
