- Experience with 6+ greenfield implementations of multiple Service Now modules
- Current Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems creatively
- Experience with Service Now Elite-level partners (not internal roles)
- Familiarity with industry‑specific processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Agile 2.0 and Test Management 2.0 training; and/or multiple micro‑certifications
- Strong User Story definition/documentation skills
- Knowledge of Service Now Best Practices and Now Create
