QA Specialist

Job Opening: QA Specialist

Location: Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects through the lifecycle of the software development process.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and design effective test scenarios.
• Conduct automated and manual testing to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Analyze test results and suggest improvements to enhance product quality and performance.
• Participate in regular sprint meetings to report on progress, issues, and QA metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain knowledge of best practices in QA testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in test case management and defect tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Familiarity with programming languages and test automation is a plus.
