Global Digital Specialist Intern

We are looking for a Global Digital Intern to join the Global Marketing team in Bolton Food, based in Milan.

How you make the difference

In this role, you will support the Global Digital Manager in international projects, contributing to the rollout of global assets and the development of innovative digital content, including cutting-edge AI-based initiatives.

How your agenda looks like:

-Social Media & Instagram Rollout:
Support the launch of Instagram global pages across different countries, assisting with onboarding, account setup, and ensuring content alignment with brand guidelines.

-Website & Digital Assets:
Assist in the update and rollout of global websites, coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders to organize and upload digital assets such as copy, images, and toolkits.

-AI & Digital

Innovation: Support the development of digital content in collaboration with AI creative agencies, contributing to projects leveraging Generative AI; research and evaluate new AI tools and applications for digital marketing, actively supporting the rollout of dedicated AI-driven initiatives.

-Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as a bridge between the Global team and local markets by sharing toolkits, guidelines, and monitoring shared reports.

-Creative & Operational Support:
Assist in creating mockups, visuals, and high-impact presentations for internal sharing and project updates

Your team:

You will report directly to the Global Digital Manager.

What makes you a great fit:

-University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field-Strong interest in social media and digital strategy, combined with a genuine curiosity for Generative AI and a desire to test the latest innovation trends-Basic knowledge of Meta, Tik Tok, and the main digital marketing platforms-Good proficiency in English is essential for this international role-High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities-Solid command of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word What's in for you:
