• Articulate complex security problems to various audiences, including C-level executives
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams as the technical bridge between the employer and prospects/customers
• Demonstrate expertise in endpoint or network security solutions, including AV, EDR, incident response, and more
• Work independently on multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
• Provide insights on the deployment of current security solutions and their shortcomings

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Ability to travel as required

• Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, and Bash
• Knowledge of virtualization/VDI technologies
• Experience with large-scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS
