Position: Technical Customer Care Specialist I (Dealer track)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, and other electronic methods
  • Address routine customer questions related to product usage within the Vin Solutions support system
  • Resolve technical issues related to the Cox Automotive suite of products
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of business processes and procedures
  • Accurately log customer information in the CRM tool and communicate with key stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Generally less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Ability to troubleshoot and document issues related to system performance and functionality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Strong dependability and reliability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with CRM case logging or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
