• Lead operational assessments and business process reviews to understand current workflows in public safety agencies
• Evaluate existing processes and provide tailored recommendations for software configuration to optimize efficiency
• Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives through collaborative workshops
• Design and deliver training materials to enhance user engagement with new software implementations
• Act as a liaison between technical resources and project management to ensure customer needs are met

• High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety Information Technology environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a People Manager
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Strong project management and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present to stakeholders

• Experience in public safety technology or command center software solutions
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
• Proven ability to develop training curriculums and instructional materials
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating business processes and recommending improvements
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
