Sales Operations Analyst

You'll own daytoday operations, dispute research and resolutions, and programlifecycle processes primarily for large accounting firms that engage Mid Market through the leadpass motion for the Enterprise Suite. Secondarily, you'll deliver the same endtoend operational support-disputes, payments, onboarding, offboarding, and continuous improvements. Your mission is to keep incentives accurate, partners productive, and audits painless as you scale these processes to each new firm that joins.

You'll join the Sales Operations organization supporting Value Added Resellers (VARs) who resell or refer enterprise products. The team's primary mission is to empower Partner Development Managers (PDMs) by giving them accurate, actionable data that helps their VARs support end customers. You'll work closely with internal teams and tools such as Quick Base, Salesforce, SQL environments, Data Bricks, and Qlik to ensure partner incentives, payouts, and operational processes run smoothly.

• Investigate operational issues raised by PDMs or customers
• Identify what data is required, pull it using SQL, and perform detailed analysis
• Build reports to show expected vs. actual results
• Conduct root cause analysis on incentive or operational discrepancies
• Recommend durable, long-term solutions that prevent recurring issues
• Collaborate with PDM leadership, accountants, and other internal stakeholders
• Work across partner incentives, payouts, resolutions, and broader sales operations processes

• Intermediate SQL (must be able to write queries, including joins—not just run prebuilt reports)
• Salesforce experience
• Experience with Data Bricks, Qlik Sense, and advanced spreadsheet work
• Ability to translate business questions into data queries and insights

This is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX.

The pay range for this position is $56.57 - $56.57/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
