The Lead, Technology Solutions devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives. The Lead, Technology Solutions works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on solving complex technical problems and related tasks and works under minimal supervision. This role requires someone with hands on experience on coding and can lead the charge in transformation how our teams leverage AI, API, Data, SaaS technologies throughout the software development life cycle.

The Lead, Technology Solutions serves as a liaison and collaborates with business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. This individual will be directly involved in coding, designing technical architecture, and implementing solutions using cutting‑edge AI tools, automation, and API integration to enhance user experience and transform care delivery for patients and clinicians.

• Demonstrated ability to actively participate in hands‑on coding and technical solution development, while also guiding and mentoring team members.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, Dev Ops practices, and Release Management.
• Proficiency in developing automations to optimize workflows and processes.
• Expertise in translating business requirements into technical specifications, architectural design, and implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and industry‑leading innovations.
• Proven hands‑on experience in learning and adopting new technologies, and successfully applying them in full‑stack engineering practices.

• Ability to embrace and adapt to change, utilizing AI, data, APIs, and the Salesforce ecosystem to drive innovation.
• Strong focus on simplifying ways of working through automation, Dev Ops, Low Code/No
  
  Code solutions, and feature flags within the SDLC.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing secure and scalable architectural solutions for highly regulated environments.

• Proficiency in SDLC processes. Expertise in enterprise data management, architecture, API development, and tool selection.
• Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies. Experience with workflow design tools such as Lucid, Miro, and Visio.

• Strategic perspective to connect initiatives across the enterprise, with a focus on advancing patient care objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence, articulate, and drive change within scrum teams.

• Bachelor's degree
• Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
• Hands‑on proven experience in Salesforce, API, Data, AI, Web technologies
• Knowledge of React and JavaScript is preferred
• Possess 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

• Master's degree

Travel:
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$117,600 - $161,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
