This role is specifically designed for early‑career professionals looking to gain hands‑on experience and mentorship within a sophisticated hospitality infrastructure. Location:
Horseshoe Bay, Texas (On‑Site Only)
Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
Schedule:
Thursday – Tuesday | 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Includes Weekends & Major Holidays)
- On‑Site Requirement:
This is a 100% local, on‑site role in Horseshoe Bay, TX. No relocation assistance or remote work options are available. - Hospitality
Schedule:
Due to the nature of our industry, this position requires a non‑traditional schedule, including weekends and mandatory availability for all major holidays. - Career Stage:
This is an entry‑level position ($20/hr). It is ideally suited for those with 0–2 years of experience seeking a clear path toward IT Administration.
- Technical Support:
Resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, POS terminals, and mobile devices. - Hospitality Systems:
Support specialized technology, including Point of Sale (POS) and Property Management Systems (PMS). - Infrastructure & Networking:
Diagnose basic connectivity issues, assist with structured cabling, and help organize equipment racks. - User Administration:
Manage account setups, password resets, and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365. - Deployment & Maintenance:
Install and configure new workstations and peripherals; perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. - Onboarding:
Prepare equipment and accounts for new associates to ensure a seamless first‑day experience.
- Performance Under Pressure:
Ability to maintain high performance standards and professional composure under high‑pressure, time‑sensitive conditions. - Physical Capacity:
Ability to lift and maneuver IT equipment up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally. - Collaboration:
A strong collaborative mindset to work effectively within a cross‑functional, enterprise‑team environment.
- Education:
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (completed or in progress). - Experience:
0–2 years of technical experience; a strong desire to learn and grow long‑term is essential. - Skills:
Natural problem‑solving ability with a "tech‑savvy" mindset and strong work ethic. - Reliability:
Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
