What You’ll Do

The Application Administrator’s role is to work with the business application owner to administer, maintain and support 3 rd party applications. Examples of enterprise applications this teams supports and works with end users include Jira and Go Anywhere but there are approximately 6 applications that are supported.

• Maintain and resolve basic issues pertaining to 3rd party applications
• Resolve first level support issues and elevate to second and third level as needed
• Provide 3rd party application monitoring and perform routine health checks
• Share on-call responsibilities for supported 3rd party applications
• Record, track, and document help desk requests and resolution steps
• Develop and maintain basic documentation for supported 3rd party applications
• Provide end user training for 3rd party applications (standard functionality)
• Crosstrain on primary applications within the team
• Perform and participate in 3rd party application upgrades
• Assist with tasks on projects

Required: 2 years of experience with desktop operating systems, including Windows operating systems and extensive application support experience with MS Office and other standard desktop applications.
