Epic HB / HB Claims Solutions Analyst – Install Team
Location: 100% Remote
Travel: Up to 20% Nationwide (Go-Live Support)
Salary Range: $85,697 – $137,116
The Epic HB / HB Claims Solutions Analyst (Install Team) supports OCHIN’s mission by applying advanced technical expertise to resolve complex system issues, optimize workflows, and implement innovative solutions.
This role aligns technical strategy with business objectives while collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and system performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, test, document, and deploy Epic HB / HB Claims functionality according to project specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support implementations and maintenance activities.
Develop and maintain clear technical documentation to support usability and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to system enhancements, technical design improvements, and competency development.
Support on-site Go-Live installations and training as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Certification/proficiency in Epic HB Claims (required).
Certification/proficiency in both Epic HB and HB Claims (highly desired).
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute HB / HB Claims Applications Analyst.
At least 3 years of Epic HB Claims build experience.
Strong communication skills with both technical teams and end users.
High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Process-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
Ability to travel up to 20% nationally for Go-Live support.
Assessment Requirement:
Candidates must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview. This helps assess alignment with OCHIN’s core competencies.
Fully remote home-office environment.

High-speed internet required.
Camera-on participation required for all virtual meetings.
Regular extended computer use and virtual collaboration.
Nationwide travel up to 20% based on business needs.
