Digital Marketing Executive

We’re an ambitious, growing agency building a next-generation digital offering. This role is directly about helping us enhance our high-performance agency with structure, ownership, and autonomy.

You’ll work closely with our Digital Director, creative and content teams to plan, build, optimise, and report on campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing impactful, insight-focused digital campaigns across channels and specialisms
• Campaign builds, budget pacing, optimisation, and reporting
• Analysing performance data and turning it into clear recommendations
• Contributing to landing page and funnel improvements
• Collaborating with designers and content creators to improve creative performance
• Supporting pitch work and strategy development

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience running or supporting paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, Linked In or similar)
• A solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and optimisation
• Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Commercial awareness
• Ambition to grow into greater ownership and responsibility

This isn’t a “learn digital from scratch” role. We’re looking for someone who understands and wants to step up.
