Our client is seeking a Senior SAP Technical Consultant to drive the global evolution of quality management systems.

This role is a key enabler in the transition from the legacy STARD template to the next-generation PROTON framework, ensuring high-precision defect documentation and root-cause analysis across global production plants.

Position Details:

• Contract: -12-2028

• Location: Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office Rotation

The Mission: Over the next five years, you will be responsible for re-implementing and improving the features used by shop-floor and quality management employees to document defects.

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring all solutions meet rigorous ISO standards and integrate seamlessly with Warehouse Management (WM) modules.

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT or relevant experience
• SAP WM/QM Certified

Essential Skills (Verified):

• Understanding of WM/QM processes in SAP.
• Configuration of SAP WM/QM module.
• Preparation of Master Data templates for various QM related objects.
• Integration testing with other related SAP WM modules.
• Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners.
• Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support.
• Executing the required changes through configuration
• Interact with consultants of other modules.

• Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards)
• Meet with end users and gather requirements
• Facilitate daily stand-ups
