What Our Client Needs
Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist to support daily IT operations and serve as the first point of contact for end users. This role ensures systems, devices, and services remain secure, reliable, and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are
You are service-oriented, technically sharp, and calm under pressure. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users. You take ownership of issues, diagnose root causes, and resolve problems methodically. You manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
What You'll Do
• Provide in-person, phone, and remote technical support to onsite and remote employees
• Manage endpoints using centralized tools across Windows and Apple devices
• Lead onboarding and offboarding activities including workstation setup, application access, and email configuration
• Configure and disable employee access key fobs
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with minimal supervision
• Support Windows Active Directory and network monitoring
• Manage endpoint patching for Windows and Apple devices
• Provide mobile application management support for BYOD devices
• Maintain office router, internet connectivity, and wireless access points
• Partner with internal teams on security and system availability initiatives
• Participate in IT projects and assigned technical initiatives
• Provide after-hours support as needed
This role requires working onsite in Exton, PA one day per week. No supervisory responsibilities.
What You'll Need
• 12 to 24 months of IT support experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root cause independently
• Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly language
• Experience supporting and training end users on hardware and software
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems
• Understanding of computer systems, networks, internet security, and data privacy principles preferred
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional preferred
• Experience working with networking infrastructure preferred

Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York State excluding NYC and Long Island, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin. If you reside outside of these locations, you will not be considered for this role.
