Epic Radiant Solutions Analyst (Maintenance) — OCHIN
Location: 100% Remote
Travel: 20–25% (nationwide, as needed)
Salary Range: $85,697 – $137,116
The Epic Radiant Solutions Analyst (Maintenance) plays a critical role in supporting OCHIN’s mission by leveraging advanced technical expertise to resolve complex system issues, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions.
This role bridges technical strategy and business objectives, ensuring effective collaboration between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Build, test, document, and deploy Epic Radiant solution functionality according to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system performance and end-user satisfaction.
- Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and member maintenance needs.
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and process alignment.
- Contribute to system enhancements, technical design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Go-Live installations and training efforts as needed.
- Certification or proficiency in Epic Radiant and Cupid (required).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a certified Applications Analyst.
- At least 3 years of Epic Radiant build experience.
- Experience supporting Epic Cupid.
- Strong communication skills across technical teams and end users.
- High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
All candidates must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to team interviews. This assessment evaluates alignment with OCHIN’s nine core competencies.
Work Environment & Requirements- Fully remote, home-office environment.
- Employees must maintain a distraction‑free workspace.
- High‑speed internet required.
- Camera‑on participation required for all virtual meetings.
- Frequent teamwork and customer interaction.
- Travel required (20–25%) for Go‑Live support or training.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered).
