• Significant Scrum Master experience, as well as strong fundamentals in advanced scrum team analytics, using project management tools like Azure Dev Ops
• Significant experience leading agile development teams and facilitating delivery in an Agile environment
• A minimum of 7 years+ experience as a dedicated Scrum Master working for a large enterprise
• A minimum of 15 years of total experience in a project environment as a PM or a project team member, with at least half of that experience in in large enterprises
• Active CSM Certification (SAFe Scrum Master preferred)
• Experience with strategic communication and execution a plus

• Experience running agile teams in the Enterprise Security space
• Financial industry project experience
