Senior Product Operations Manager

This role offers the chance to shape how product initiatives are executed, measured, and scaled in a fast-growing, product-focused environment. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design frameworks, dashboards, and analytics that connect product outcomes to business results. Your work will inform strategic decisions, optimize processes, and enable cross-functional teams to leverage data for better outcomes.

This position combines strategy, analysis, and hands-on execution, allowing you to drive impact across multiple product areas while standardizing processes and metrics. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and can translate complex data into actionable insights.

Accountabilities

Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends in customer behavior, product usage, and revenue impact.
Deliver actionable insights to guide product prioritization, roadmap decisions, and OKRs.
Build and maintain reporting frameworks that link product outcomes to key business metrics such as retention, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Develop dashboards, templates, and toolkits that empower product managers and teams to self-serve insights.
Standardize reporting practices across product teams to ensure clarity and consistency.
Partner with Engineering and Data teams to define and maintain event tracking, taxonomy standards, and data governance practices.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of core product metrics, dashboards, and self-service data models.
Translate complex analytics into clear narratives for executive reviews, board decks, and planning cycles.

Requirements

5–8+ years in Product Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Product Management, or related roles.
Proven experience building or scaling a product analytics ecosystem.
Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for product and business leaders.
Experience in SaaS or platform products preferred.
Proficiency in SQL and modern BI/analytics tools (Looker preferred).
Deep understanding of data modeling, event analytics, KPIs, and instrumentation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and influence without authority.
Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to drive cross-functional alignment.
Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with attention to detail.
