Role Description

We are seeking a Meta Ads Specialist for a full-time, remote position. The Meta Ads Specialist will manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns to drive performance and achieve business goals. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, drafting persuasive ad copy, tracking performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and strategizing paid social media placements. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Meta Ads platforms, social media advertising, and campaign management
Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret performance data, and expertise in A/B testing
Experience in ad copywriting, content creation, and creative optimization
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, paid social media strategies, and audience targeting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous experience in a similar role and relevant certifications are preferred
