Role Description
This is a full time onsite role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The position is based in Surat, with opportunities for remote work as needed. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential leads, generating sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, achieving company sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will engage with potential and current clients, provide tailored solutions to meet their needs, and contribute to the growth of the business.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong abilities in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
Team player with effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
Previous experience in a technology solutions or IT-related field is an advantage
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or networking is a plus
