AI at Spendflo isn't a side project. It's embedded in real procurement workflows and actively used by customers. We're hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to help shape how AI is trusted in real business environments.
Role Overview
You'll work directly with the Founder & Head of Product to co-own AI-powered procurement workflows end-to-end.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who:
Has shipped AI-powered products in production
Is comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments
Can define 'good enough' in probabilistic systems
Knows when to push forward — and when to push back
You won't just ship features. You'll shape judgment.
What You'll Do
Own AI-driven procurement workflows from discovery to delivery
Define quality thresholds and guardrails for AI outputs
Make hard prioritization decisions under uncertainty
Partner deeply with engineering and design
Improve trust and adoption of AI features in production
What Success Looks Like
AI workflows customers rely on weekly or daily
Clear prioritization and execution direction for engineering
Improved trust and adoption of AI features
Meaningful reduction in manual procurement work
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS preferred)
Experience shipping AI-powered workflows or copilots
Strong product judgment and tradeoff clarity
Comfortable operating without heavy structure
Able to challenge assumptions constructively
Bonus if you've worked on:
Automation-heavy products
Decision-support systems
Operational enterprise workflows
