• Provide strategic consulting and thought leadership to transform current and prospective customers
• Collaborate with partners to drive sales efforts and maintain partner relationships
• Architect and deliver sophisticated demonstrations of Live Person's core platforms
• Develop sales strategies and custom solutions to integrate products into customer infrastructures
• Offer technical expertise across various business units, including R&D and Marketing

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales Engineering with a track record in large enterprise deals
• Knowledge of web, martech, mobile apps, contact centers, voice technology, and AI technologies
• Proficiency in IVR technologies, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, API concepts, and Agile development workflows
• BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI, or related fields
• Exceptional public speaking and written communication abilities

• Experience in Product Management
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS certification is a plus)
• Self-taught and boot camp experiences in relevant fields
