• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, permissions, workflows, and automation
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third‑party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end‑users
• Manage data imports, migrations, and bulk updates ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain database health

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5‑7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid‑to‑large organization
• Salesforce Certified with a thorough knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with users at all levels

• Experience supporting multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Development concepts and Apex
• Solid understanding of the Quote‑to‑Cash process within a sales organization
• Experience working in an agile environment with a small team of administrators
