YOUR ROLEWe’re looking for a passionate, collaborative, and adaptable Supervisor to join our Redbox team, our Data Analytics and Business Intelligence practice. The team is driven by curiosity and creativity in data analysis and storytelling and you should be a natural leader who loves data, problem solving, and uncovering insights that drive impact.
In this role, you will leverage your experience in media analytics and data interpretation to produce actionable insights and support strategic client decisions. You will work on complex analytics projects, create client‑ready deliverables, with client and team management responsibilities.

- Don’t mind rolling your sleeves up for data cleansing, data visualization, and analysis

- Apply media analytics to optimize campaign performance and inform client decisions.
- Employ statistical and measurement techniques including control/exposed designs, brand equity testing, correlation analyses, and T‑Tests.
- Interpret modeling outputs and utilize techniques such as Linear Regression to assess marketing effectiveness.
- Understand the digital marketing ecosystem and how data identifies and addresses target audiences.
- Apply taxonomies to manage and structure data effectively.
- Presenting insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ownership of client communications with support from management.
- Manage project‑based personnel, including junior analysts and offshore resources.
- Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools, including:
- CM360, Tableau
- You Gov Profiler and Brand Index
- NMI, Trans Union
- Snowflake & DBT, Python
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- Data taxonomies and other tools as needed
- 5+ years of experience in media analytics, marketing data analysis, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, measurement frameworks, and data analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in analytics platforms, SQL, Python, or Tableau preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.
Ideal is to be located within proximity to our New York office. Our team works in a hybrid setting with onsite work, as well as flexibility to work from home.
