What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive product initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
- Facilitate meetings to track progress against goals and establish clear next steps
- Define and manage initiatives to improve product team efficiency and impact
- Proactively assess risks and resolve issues before they affect the larger team
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth product development process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in any type of software product management role (game design, tools design)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management
- Proven ability to operate independently with little oversight
- Experience working with product teams from road mapping through delivery
- Strong knowledge of G-suite and excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge in Figma

- Experience with AR/VR or MR technologies
- Ability to communicate technically with engineers
- Experience in escalations and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with product development strategy and design operations
