What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Independently design and deliver end-to-end user journeys for specific areas, collaborating closely with front-end and partner teams
  • Understand customer and user requirements to create proactive and trustworthy experiences across platforms
  • Iterate with customers and end users to drive metrics and enhance product adoption
  • Champion the reusability of UX and design systems, connecting experiences across various interfaces

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design, particularly in UX alongside technical teams

  • Understanding of design operations, customer needs, and UX metrics that drive iterative adoption
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields
  • Strong foundation in engineering or computer science, with a core UX design background
  • Experience blending design and product roles, with a clear understanding of collaboration with engineering teams
  • Familiarity and interest in supply chain and rail-related products and technologies
  • A curious mindset with a willingness to innovate in an AI-native, intelligent UX landscape
