Remote - Eastern Time Zone

Full-Time | Quarterly Travel to Spartanburg, SC (Company Paid)

We are seeking an experienced IT Quality Assurance Analyst III to join our 12-person QA team supporting mission-critical systems, including the Salesforce platform, within a stable, well-established financial services organization.

This is a 100% remote position working Eastern Time Zone hours, with quarterly company-paid travel to our Home Office in Spartanburg, SC.

Position Responsibilities

* Analyze requested system changes with Project Managers and developers

* Create detailed manual test cases and test scenarios

* Perform functional, regression, and integration testing

* Test enhancements and updates within the Salesforce platform

* Validate integrations between Salesforce and internal applications

* Write and execute SQL queries for data validation

* Document findings and provide clear, actionable feedback

* Coordinate and obtain User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

* Administer and maintain JIRA workflows

* Set up and maintain testing environments

* Support automation efforts using Selenium, Postman, Swagger, SOAP UI, and Cucumber (manual testing remains the primary focus)

Technology Environment

* Salesforce platform testing

* Integration testing

* SQL (strong data validation required)

* Manual functional and regression testing

* JIRA (including ticket administration)

* API tools:
Postman, Swagger, SOAP UI

* Automation exposure:
Selenium, Cucumber

* Advanced Excel skills

Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in IT or financial systems testing

OR

6+ years of experience in software development, IT, or financial systems testing

* Experience testing within Salesforce environments

* Strong SQL and data validation expertise

* Experience performing integration testing across multiple systems

* Ability to write structured and thorough test documentation

* Working knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts

* High attention to detail

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Reliable high-speed internet (DSL or faster)

* Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours

* Ability to travel quarterly to Spartanburg, SC (travel provided)
