Popcorn Potential is expanding its North American consulting team and is seeking experienced Communications & Marketing Consultants to support digital brand positioning and client engagement initiatives.

This career path is suited to senior marketing professionals who bring strategic thinking, strong messaging capability, and experience driving measurable engagement outcomes within a remote, professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital communication strategies aligned with brand positioning
• Create and publish professional content across Linked In and relevant digital channels
• Manage inbound inquiries using structured communication workflows
• Lead brand development, execution and performance tracking initiatives
• Contribute to brand consistency across digital messaging touchpoints
• Operate independently within established systems, policies, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, communications, brand strategy, or related fields
• Demonstrated success driving engagement, inquiries, or lead activity through digital platforms
• Strong written communication and content development skills
• Experience working within professional services and consulting environments preferred
• Comfortable operating in a remote, technology-enabled setting
• Proficient with Linked In, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools

Engagement Structure
