- Lead and support a team of Sales Engineers as the face of Next Generation Identity Security for prospective customers
- Coach, mentor, and develop the skill set of Sales Engineers to meet current and emerging sales needs
- Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to diverse external audiences, including C-level executives
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to prospects and customers, gaining market share and ensuring project success
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies, exploring new use cases, integrations, and partnerships
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect in the IAM or Identity Security space
- 2+ years of experience in direct management or leadership of a technical team
- Strong technical knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms and security concepts
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise/strategic sales cycles end-to-end
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, both domestically and internationally
- Experience with Powershell, Python, and APIs
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with administration of Crowd Strike Falcon Endpoint Protection
- Solid understanding of MFA technologies with hands-on experience with Okta, Ping, Duo, Microsoft, and Google MFA solutions
- Additional language fluency
