We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Applications Analyst who serves as the primary liaison between customers and installation teams, ensuring smooth delivery of new or enhanced software applications. Operates with minimal supervision while managing the full lifecycle of application installations—from customer readiness and deployment through post‑installation training and ongoing support.
This analyst combines strong business analysis capabilities with hands on technical expertise, including experience with tools such as Octopus Deploy and Power Shell for automation, configuration, and environment management. Adept at conducting detailed requirements gathering, troubleshooting complex issues, and translating customer needs into clear technical actions.
Known for delivering effective training, creating clear documentation, and driving successful adoption of new applications. Provides exceptional customer service, collaborates across technical and business teams, and helps optimize system performance and workflows.
This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70‑mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX;
Lenexa, KS;
Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in‑person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
- Provides remote or on‑site software installation services. Ensures software applications are installed and fully functional.
- Prior to the installation, analyzes the customers’ existing products and consults with customer to map current system to the JHA product.
- Consults with customers to define parameters within the software application.
- Trains the customer on use and feature functionality of the application.
- Communicates the customer’s needs/expectations to appropriate personnel.
- Notifies appropriate personnel of any application issues.
- Interacts with Project Manager on various issues.
- May assist customers in validating accurate conversion of all data.
- May analyze transaction processing.
- Mentors and provides training to employees.
- Contributes to process and efficiency improvements.
- May assist less experienced peers.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in install, support, or training within banking, credit union, or a financial institution.
- Championing Client success—making sure they fully understand our products, or identifying gaps between our products and their needs, then documenting them for our roadmap and reporting progress back to clients, or helping them through a support issue finding a workaround or pairing with development to get them running again.
- Skilled at problem solving—troubleshooting issues as they arise to find root causes, that can then be fixed.
- Grit—looking for people that have perseverance, trying different items until we can get something to work, documenting what was tried to avoid repetitive work and to deepen solutions.
