• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and workflows
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third-party integrations to enhance system performance
• Create and maintain system documentation and training materials for end-users
• Conduct regular data audits and cleanup activities to ensure database health and integrity
• Establish data entry standards and maintain deduplication processes for efficient data management

• Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution
• 5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid-to-large organization
• Salesforce Certified with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities
• Proven experience managing a Salesforce production environment and leading enhancements from discovery to adoption
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex and low-code solutions
• Familiarity with the Quote-to-Cash process implemented with Salesforce s CPQ solution
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels
