Senior Salesforce Administrator

• Manage day‑to‑day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and automation
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third‑party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end‑users
• Conduct regular data audits and cleanup to ensure database health
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts as needed

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5‑7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid‑to‑large organization
• Salesforce Certified with a strong understanding of CRM strategy and data models
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively

• Experience supporting multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Development concepts and the Quote‑to‑Cash process
• Experience in an agile environment with a small team of administrators
• Proactive problem‑solving approach and adaptability to change
