• Own and enhance the Workday Benefits module for scalable and efficient configuration
• Design, build, test, and deploy Open Enrollment configurations end-to-end
• Partner cross-functionally to translate business requirements into Workday solutions
• Review proposed system changes to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Champion and embed the company’s cultural principles as the organization scales

• 5+ years of professional experience in fast-growing, global companies
• 4+ years of experience in Workday configuration, including 2+ years in the benefits module
• 2+ years of experience configuring core HCM
• Strong understanding of Benefits best practices and HR processes
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to prioritize workload

• Workday certifications
• Experience with Workday Benefits, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
• Knowledge of employment compliance and legal best practices
• Experience working with Jira, Zendesk, and other business applications integrating with Workday
