• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, permissions, and workflows
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third-party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end-users
• Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities to ensure database health
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts as needed

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid-to-large organization
• Salesforce Certified with a strong understanding of core functionalities and customization options
• Proven ownership of a Salesforce production environment, leading enhancements from discovery to release
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Development concepts and the Quote-to-Cash process
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
