- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.
D.) in Psychology. - Strong expertise in clinical assessment, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychological testing, and research methods.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts compassionately and clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of best practices in psychological care.
