We’re a boutique digital marketing agency looking to grow the team! Small team, fast decisions, real ownership. If you enjoy testing hooks, spotting patterns in ad dashboards, and turning budgets into serious results, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote role. Work from home most days and team meets in person when needed.
What You’ll Do- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads and other relevant platforms
- Conduct market and audience research to uncover growth opportunities
- Craft high-converting ad copies and messaging angles
- Analyse data and turn it into clear, actionable insights
- Run structured A/B tests to improve CTR, CVR and overall conversion performance
- Manage budgets responsibly and ensure campaigns meet CPA and ROI targets
- Keep up with the latest platform updates, tools and best practices in paid media
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Min. 1 - 2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Tik Tok Ads Manager
- Are organised and detail‑obsessed (drop a ✨ in your application to prove it)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data‑backed decisions
