Onsite and Remote Support Technician; MSP

This is a full-time Onsite and Remote Support Technician (MSP) role located in Columbia, SC. Responsibilities include providing on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and managing information technology resources. The role requires communicating effectively with clients and team members while ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively
• Knowledge and experience in Information Technology, including system configurations and network management
• Strong Communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally and clearly
• Familiarity with Software installation, maintenance, and configuration
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous
• Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
