• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated recurring visualization reports to support operational and performance statistics
• Communicate tangible recommendations to increase sales or improve business goals
• Validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
  
  Document report logic, metric definitions, and data lineage to support transparency and reuse
• Work under minimal supervision in a team environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience as a data or reporting analyst with experience working with large datasets from multiple source systems
• Proficiency in data and BI tools including Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

• Experience in a call center or sales environment
• Familiarity with additional data visualization tools beyond Power BI
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
