We are seeking a passionate and experienced Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to join our expanding team in Munich. In this role, you will be instrumental in advising and implementing SAP planning solutions, including SAP PPDS and APO, to optimize our clients' supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SCM or production management, with hands‑on experience in full lifecycle projects involving SAP or comparable systems such as Kinaxis.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead project segments from inception to completion, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the digital transformation journeys of renowned industrial companies. Your expertise will directly influence process efficiencies, cost reductions, and strategic supply chain improvements for our clients.

• Completed university degree in industrial engineering, production management, process engineering, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in supply chain management or planning consulting, with active participation in at least one full lifecycle SAP project or similar system implementation.
• Fluent in German (C1 level) with excellent negotiation skills, and very good English language skills (minimum B2 level).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for innovative problem‑solving and client engagement.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high‑quality results within tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a collaborative team environment.

• Consultation and Implementation:
  Provide expert advice to clients on SAP planning solutions such as PPDS and APO, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Project Ownership:
  Take responsibility for specific project areas and sub‑projects from day one, with the goal of eventually leading entire projects independently.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay updated on the latest SAP innovations and supply chain trends to recommend innovative solutions and process enhancements.
