Remote Technical Product Owner​/Manager

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner/Manager to support ongoing system integration efforts a central scheduling and staffing platform. This role is highly technical and detail-oriented, focused on behind-the-scenes coordination rather than client-facing responsibilities. You will work closely with engineering teams and multiple system owners to ensure seamless data mapping and integration across seven interconnected systems. Responsibilities include writing and managing in-system feature stories, which require a deep understanding of how each connected system will handle the feature within its own data structure and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage conversations around data mapping and system-to-system mapping.
Facilitate discussions on data dictionaries, deltas, and base configurations.
Ensure accurate mapping between systems to support application functionality.
Support engineers in aligning with requirements and integration timelines.
Coordinate multiple technical teams to achieve integration milestones.
Understand and discuss API basics, types, and integration requirements.
Work with teams on configurations, including certifications and work types.
Write clear and detailed technical acceptance criteria for integration tasks.
Maintain documentation for mapping processes and integration workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in technical product owner/manager or similar roles.
Proven experience with data mapping between systems.
Strong ability to coordinate multiple technical groups toward shared goals.
Hands-on experience with APIs, integration types, and related technical concepts.
Skilled in writing technical acceptance criteria.
Experience using Azure Dev Ops to manage Epics, Features, and User Stories.
