Maximo Consultant 100% Remote
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of Four (4) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in addition to education or equivalent.
- At least 5-7 years of hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management software and database. This includes Maximo application and database configuration, customization, upgrades, patches and integrations hosted on‑premises. IBM Certified Professional preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Maximo Application Suite version 8, including Oil & Gas add‑on preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience working as an Oracle Database Administrator.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Proven experience:
- Integrating Maximo with other applications.
- With Red Hat Enterprise and Core Linux environments and Openshift.
- With programming in python, jython and Linux shell script
- With HTML, XML and Java script
- Creating and troubleshooting Oracle and SQL queries
- Authoring reports with BIRT.
- Building a knowledge base for Maximo support.
- Explaining advanced technical concepts to non‑technical parties.
