Remote Digital Marketing Manager

In this role, you will significantly elevate the organization's digital presence, drive brand awareness, and lead demand generation efforts. You will oversee multi-channel digital campaigns, enhance performance optimization, and manage digital platforms and vendors. This position plays a crucial part in establishing the company as a leader in workforce development, providing a unique opportunity to shape and implement digital strategies in collaboration with a dedicated team.

You will also be responsible for aligning marketing efforts with organizational goals while exploring new opportunities in the digital landscape.

• Lead the digital marketing strategy across web, SEO, paid media, email, and social to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns supporting both awareness and lead-generation goals.
• Oversee digital advertising initiatives including Google Ads, Linked In, and programmatic platforms, optimizing spend and performance.
• Own and improve marketing automation workflows using Hub Spot; develop lead nurturing strategies that align with the buyer journey.
• Track and report campaign KPIs and web analytics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hub Spot, and Salesforce, drawing insights and making data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, creative partners, and vendors to ensure consistent branding and impactful messaging.
• Stay on top of digital trends and implement innovations to enhance campaign performance, UX, and engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing integrated digital campaigns and generating leads.
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, paid digital media, and web strategy.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms including Hub Spot, Google Ads, GA4, Salesforce, and CMS tools such as Word Press.
• Experience managing digital agencies, freelancers, and/or vendors.
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Trello, Jira, Smartsheet.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey and how to engage audiences at each stage.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in a fast-moving digital environment.
