- Implement, configure, and maintain the Service Now CMDB to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Develop and enforce CMDB policies, standards, business rules, and procedures
- Conduct audits and reconciliation activities to maintain CMDB data quality and compliance
- Configure and manage Service Now Discovery schedules, probes, sensors, and credentials
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure CMDB processes support operational goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working with Service Now CMDB
- Hands‑on experience with Service Now Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB architecture
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations preferred
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and processes
- Familiarity with cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
- Experience with data integration tools such as Manage Engine OpManager or Microsoft SCCM
