BDO Canada is seeking a Manager, Dynamics 365 F&O Consulting to join our fast‑paced and growing consulting practice. This net new role can be based anywhere in Canada.

Core responsibilities include:

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new talent.
• Mentor, coach, and manage performance and career guidance for the team.
• Plan and forecast team utilization.
• Ensure professionals have the required skills, experience, and capacity.

• Act as trusted advisor to clients and BDO project teams during Dynamics F&O Finance implementations.
• Manage multiple engagements against budget, timeline, and scope.
• Monitor and manage vendor relationships where applicable.
• Lead action‑planning meetings and drive deliverables to closure.
• Act as escalation contact on‑ and off‑hours and resolve customer satisfaction or delivery concerns.
• Build deep relationships with clients and expand engagement footprint where opportunities arise.
• Analyze client business needs and objectives, providing in‑depth application expertise.
• Streamline business processes to achieve greater ROI within Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.

• Ensure effective delivery of operations and high customer service.
• Support the evolution of tools and procedures driven by continuous improvement.
• Update, establish, track, and report on key performance indicators for operational excellence.

• Participate in pre‑sales presentations, pricing, and proposals.
• Assist in developing and implementing new service offerings.
• Lead one or more aspects of the practice annual business plan.

• Minimum 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O consulting experience, with strong expertise in at least one functional area.
• Experience managing Dynamics 365 F&O projects or leading multiple functional consultants.
• Relevant Dynamics 365 F&O/AX certifications considered.
• Self‑motivated, articulate, and inspiring to audiences.
• Experience in process analysis, redesign, and documentation.
• Detailed understanding of financial system concepts and module functionality.
• Experience supporting ISVs such as Dynaway and SKG.
